Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Swiss VPN, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Scope
Swiss VPN provides VPN connectivity features for supported devices. VPN operation is platform-specific: on Android, it uses VpnService, and on iOS, it uses Network Extension to establish a secure device-level tunnel after user consent. We may update features, infrastructure, and plans to maintain quality and security.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for account credentials and device security.
- If you create or use an account, you must provide accurate account information.
- You must notify support of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, network attacks, or actions violating third-party rights.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans renew according to selected billing period unless cancelled under your plan terms. Billing and purchase requirements are platform-specific: on iOS, subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase and you may purchase without creating an account (Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/); on Android, account sign-up and login are required before purchasing a paid plan, and billing is handled through Stripe (including Card payment, Google Pay, and TWINT where available). Refund and cancellation outcomes may depend on platform/payment provider policies.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, or third-party outages can affect service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Swiss VPN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use or inability to use the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, applicable law, or service security requirements.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
