Account Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
1. Fastest Method in App
Open the app and go to:
Settings > Account > Delete Account.
2. Email Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app, send your request to support@vpn.g-l.ch with subject: Account Deletion Request.
3. Data Deleted
- Your account profile and authentication records.
- Associated device registrations linked to your account.
- Service-related personal data stored in active systems.
4. Retention Notes
Limited records may be retained where required by law, anti-fraud obligations, or secure backup lifecycle requirements.
